We are now looking for Career Kitchen Young Talent in Finance department to join our Career Kitchen young talent program in Istanbul. Career Kitchen Young Talent is an on-the-job learning programme which enables young talents to develop and enhance their skills to become future leaders and provides them to gain multinational experience!

Job Purpose

To support trade spend tracking, marketing budget monitoring, and sales forecasting processes while providing analytical insights, maintaining reporting tools, and assisting cross-functional teams to improve commercial performance and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of basic models to track trade spend (e.g., discounts, promotions) across customers, channels, and product categories.
• Assist in calculating and monitoring monthly trade spend and open commitments under supervision.
• Help track marketing expenses versus budget and support coordination with the marketing team.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams.
• Provide support in sales forecasting and budgeting processes using existing templates and tools.
• Assist in basic profitability and pricing analysis for new products (SKUs).
• Support the Commercial Controlling team in preparing analyses for key customer discussions.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects related to Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
• Help maintain and update dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Excel / BI tools).
• Assist in monitoring processes and internal controls (e.g., sales and marketing data checks).
• Participate in ongoing projects and support improvements in reporting and data processes.

The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

• New graduate or 4th year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Able to work 5 days a week in a hybrid setting.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships or part-time experience in finance is a plus).
• Interest in finance, commercial controlling, or FMCG industry.
• Basic knowledge of Excel (advanced skills are a plus).
• Familiarity with SAP or BI tools is an advantage but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
