We are now looking for “Media and Digital Marketing Lead” to work within Marketing Department. We are looking for a candidate will be reporting Marketing Director. Details of the role are as follows:

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize offline and online marketing campaigns in coordination with media agencies
• Ensure consistent and impactful communication across the full consumer journey in partnership with brand teams
• Define, monitor, and optimize campaign KPIs using data-driven insights and cross-brand learnings
• Analyze and report offline and online performance, turning data into actionable insights using appropriate tools
• Coordinate and manage asset adaptations (websites, social media, blogs, videos)
• Manage community management processes and external agencies, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Collect, manage, and utilize consumer data for remarketing and audience targeting strategies
• Test and implement new digital initiatives and stay up to date with industry trends
• Ensure best-in-class website setup, tracking, and data collection infrastructure
• Monitor and manage offline and online budgets and media investments, supporting overall media operations

The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in media management / digital marketing within FMCG industry or agencies
• Bachelor’s Degree in business and marketing specialty preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Digital advertising, Analytics (such as Google Analytics), SEO & SEA
• Knowledge of brand building, advertising and communication development and strategies
• Effective interpersonal communication and consultative skills, both verbal and written
• Good command in English
• Pragmatic, positive and action-oriented attitude, ability to translate business needs into solutions
• Ability to shift gears where necessary and demonstrate initiative in solving problems
• Strong results focus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Entrepreneurial and business driven mind-set
