We are now looking for a “Sales Support Assistant Manager” to work within the Business Development - Sales Department. The Sales Support Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales organization through effective sales operations management, performance reporting, KPI tracking, process improvement, and business analytics, while reporting to the Head of Business Development.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand existing sales processes and identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and business impact.
  • Manage monthly sales performance reporting for Sales Management, Sales Representatives, and Account Managers to enable clear performance tracking against targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and performance review tools for direct sales, distributor, and partner accounts.
  • Support accurate pipeline forecasting, sales management reviews, and leadership performance discussions through timely and reliable data analysis.
  • Establish and improve sales KPI frameworks for multi-channel sales development programs.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and on-time regional and global sales KPI reporting for management and leadership reviews.
  • Monitor distributor and company P&L performance by tracking Gross-to-Net, trade spend, and cost-control related indicators.
  • Support distributor performance management through structured reporting, actionable insights, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Develop, document, and organize sales support procedures to improve operational discipline and ensure smoother sales execution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to improve end-to-end commercial processes.
  • Support sales teams by providing insights, tools, and guidance that help improve sales performance and customer experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on sales productivity, data integrity, reporting automation, and operational excellence.
