BUAP Commercial Finance Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Maintain and improve BU AP BI dashboards such as GM bridge and NPD funnel (monthly)

2. Support Global S&OP with analysis and aggregation of latest insights and forecasts for BU AP (monthly)

3. Support facilitating the regional meetings on NPD and portfolio management by collecting relevant information from OCs and generating insightful analysis (bi monthly)

4. Consolidate and analyze BU AP performance on commercial finance aspects such as contribution margin analysis, channel profitability, long range plan, competitive analysis (yearly and on demand)

5. Create relevant analysis on portfolio performance (including NPD and Core) to drive profitable growth for the region (on demand)

6. Support ad-hoc analysis and projects related to investment opportunities, portfolio management and promotion/investment analysis (on demand)

7. Support future NPD Global system PLM implementation for BU AP (on demand)

Job requirements

- Education, Qualifications and Training: Bachelor's degree or diploma

- Experience required: Previous work experience in finance business partnering (preferrable if with Marketing and P&T to understand product information)

- Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI. Experience with SAP and handling master data is a plus

• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing

• Ability to work with stakeholders across different countries

• Strong analytical skill with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide insightful analysis

• Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects/workstreams at the same time

• Curious to learn and explore with strong self-drive to take initiatives and pursue goals independently

• Comfortable with virtual working environment
