WHAT YOU WILL DO

Role Purpose

To support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive sustainable growth, strengthen consumer engagement, and build brand equity. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams, distributors, and agencies to ensure high‑quality execution aligned with global brand standards and local market needs.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Support annual brand planning and execution in line with global and local brand strategy.
  • Assist in implementing consumer and trade marketing initiatives to drive volume, value, and brand equity.
  • Support Brand Manager in monitoring brand performance and KPIs; prepare analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.

 

Market Activation & Distributor Collaboration

  • Coordinate in‑market execution of marketing initiatives with distributors and commercial teams.
  • Support communication and alignment on new product launches and core portfolio activities.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution at point of sale.

 

New Product Development & Innovation

  • Identify relevant innovation opportunities by reviewing global, regional, and market trends.
  • Support end‑to‑end NPD processes including adaptation, stakeholder coordination, and launch readiness.
  • Implement launch activities in line with global innovation frameworks.

 

Brand Communication & Digital

  • Support development and execution of ATL, BTL, and digital communication plans.
  • Assist in local adaptation of international communication assets.
  • Track campaign results and support continuous improvement.

 

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Monitor market, consumer, and competitive trends.
  • Track competitor launches, communication, and trade activities.
  • Support consumer research and insight generation.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG.
  • Experience working in distributor‑led or matrix organizations preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
