FDM Officer PM & Packed BoM

At Perfetti Van Melle Breda, we are looking for a detail-oriented and structured FDM Officer to join our Supply Chain team. 

FDM Officer PM & Packed BoM

36 hours per week

Location: Breda (supporting multiple sites)

This is where we need you

You will play a key role in managing and maintaining packaging material data and Bills of Materials for finished goods across our systems such as SAP, PDR, and IPMS. You’ll work closely with our four Benelux production sites and support co-packing locations within PVM Europe.

Your core responsibilities will be

• Maintain and update packaging-related data in PDR (Phase 1 & 3b) and SAP
• Ensure accurate and complete PM specifications and Packed BoMs
• Collect, assess, and input data from external packaging suppliers
• Support documentation needs such as Quality Files and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Packaging Development, MDM, and Group Data & System Management
• Contribute to improving data structure, accuracy, and standardization

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with SAP or similar data systems is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Affinity with supply chain, packaging development, and information systems
