WHAT YOU WILL DO

The position of Manager Global IT Solutions (Supply Chain, R&D & Sustainability) is part of the Global Solutions organization within Digital Technology. This is a leadership role responsible for driving the digital solutions strategy, delivery, and roadmap across the Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Sustainability domains. You directly contribute to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability objectives.

  

The organization and follows a global Plan - Build - Run operating model. Within this structure:  

  • Business stakeholders define strategic priorities and business requirements.
  • Global Solutions translates those requirements into scalable digital solutions.
  • Operations teams ensure system stability, support, and ongoing service delivery.

  

The Supply Chain, R&D & Sustainability Centre of Excellence acts as the critical link between business and technology. The team supports multiple global business processes and plays an important role in the organization's digital transformation agenda. Due to collaboration with 34 manufacturing sites in various regions, the role has a strong international focus.

  

You lead a team of approximately five professionals. Beyond direct people leadership, the role is responsible for:

  • Setting the strategic direction of the domain.
  • Prioritizing the project and enhancement portfolio.
  • Driving business engagement and stakeholder alignment.
  • Developing team capabilities and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Managing IT Supplier / Vendor relationships.
  • Being the domain architect.
  • Budget en project delivery. 

 

The challenge is not purely technological. The real success factor lies in effectively connecting business, processes, and technology solutions across a global organization.  

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

The team is managing multiple large-scale global transformation initiatives simultaneously. The challenge is not purely technological. The real success factor lies in effectively connecting business, processes, and technology solutions across a global organization. As a result, there is a need for an experienced leader who can: 

  • Bring structure and governance to a complex project environment.
  • Align a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Successfully manage external implementation partners.
  • Prioritize competing business demands.
  • Balance strategic innovation with operational continuity. 

 

Therefore, you bring: 

  • 8+ years management and coaching experience (team or line).
  • Experience as Program or Project Manager for global transformations and / or implementations.
  • Experience as Domain Architect.
  • Experience within the supply chain domain.
