WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the creation, evolution, and maintenance of functional and technical designs throughout service development, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality, and performance requirements.
• Guide teams and external partners to deliver projects in alignment with company guidelines, architecture standards, and business objectives.
• Define the logical design and information management strategies for storing, moving, and managing data within a globally integrated environment.
• Act as a custodian for solution documentation and provide knowledge support for external resources.
• Conduct data integration, business intelligence (BI), and enterprise information management initiatives by optimising data processes and supporting reuse.
• Model future-state data architecture and recommend best practices and guidelines for enterprise-level implementations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align new services and major upgrades with organisational goals, ensuring stakeholder involvement throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities and provide actionable insights to enhance IT solutions.
• Oversee the technical design phase, ensuring traceability to functional specifications and consistency with architectural roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and internal team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

SKILLS

• Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, particularly for optimizing and rationalizing data assets.
• In-depth knowledge of application and information architecture standards and components.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators.
• Proficiency in ERP and IT capability solutions, with a focus on capabilities related to commerce and marketing, and order to cash
• Advanced skills in analyzing and refining functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions.
• Familiarity with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and process flow design.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges in a structured manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and build relationships across the organization.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in architecture, technical design, application development, and project management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Business acumen and the ability to translate technical solutions into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in defining delivery standards within specific IT domains and ensuring adherence.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, decentralized environment and work collaboratively with global teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
