About The Job

The role aims to own the end-to-end performance management cycle and support on talent management; also to improve organization capability in development projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Take the full responsibility for end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews), including training of performance management processes and tools, and performance data analysis
Support the implementation of talent management, work together with HRBP on IDP analysis & follow up
Collaborate with HRBP on the organization capability enhancement in development projects assigned. 

What We Need You

Bachelor’s degree or above

5 years HR working experience with at least 3 years L&D functional expertise;

Well-structured TD fundamentals, experience of performance management, talent review and development program design

Good presentation & communication skill;

Strong self-motivation and continuous learning
