About The Job
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment solution and process
- Provide effective and creative solutions of talent and capability to meet business requirements.
- Lead the efforts in Employer Branding both internally and externally via designing and implementing the Employer Branding and implementation for PVM China.
- As project leader to lead the TA/EB project to work with key business holders to pro-actively build the talent pipeline both internally and externally and to build a greater Employer Brand to attract and retain talents.

What you will do
Talent acquisition
Develop and deploy TA strategy and end-2-end process of the company
Actively lead to source, interview and recruit high-calibre talents to meet the business need both today and tomorrow.
Manage the recruitment process, life cycle, cost effective methods, assessment tools
Support campus recruitment to attract young talents to join as management trainee
Set up and Review the policy, process and channels to improve the effectiveness
• 制定并部署公司的人才获取策略及端到端流程
• 积极主导人才的搜寻、面试和招聘工作,以满足公司当前及未来的业务需求
• 管理招聘流程、生命周期、成本效益方法和评估工具

Employer Branding and Communication
Implement EB Strategy for PVM China
Promote the social media and organize campus events to establish a strong employer brand.
Support the efforts in Best Employer selection the process in annual Employee Engagement Survey
Develop the various and effective platforms to improve the effectiveness

Data-Driven Recruitment Optimization & Reporting
Analyse recruitment data (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) to identify trends and insights for process improvement.
Market Intelligence study
Participate in talent market research, understand industry trends, and provide support and suggestions for the company's recruitment strategy.
Vendor management
Manage the vendors such as website and other social media.
Other projects and tasks as assigned

What we want you
Bachelor’s degree and above

1. At least 8 years’ experience in HR relative multi-functions
2. Good at influence, communication and interpersonal skill.
