WHAT YOU WILL DO

The purpose of this position is in charge of Packaging Material local work and integrate POSM work in CN and

OEM business.

For packaging, implement global/regional/local procurement’s strategy and fulfil the needs of local procurement to facilitate sourcing activities of package materials within PVM China, in the light of fast grow of the company business. In charge of new material/supplier sourcing, effective supplier development, supplier performance evaluation to meet the company target of business. Work with the related department to accomplish the project on the new product development and cost re-engineering projects of packaging materials and processing aids materials.

For POSM combine with PM, leverage PM supplier to enhance POSM quality and supplier management.

Support new scope: booming new trend of OEM business needs and special channel, procurement as pioneer in new business initiatives

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND EXPECTED END RESULT

Lead packaging material sourcing team and support line manager to achieve team target.

Formulate OC Packaging material &POSM&OEM strategy, implement global/regional procurement’s instructions and fulfil the needs of local procurement, manage supplier sourcing and development to achieve competitive purchasing position and reliable service level to meet the request of PVM business growth.

Execute effective supplier management system and performance evaluation program to get continuous improvement at supplier service. Support department on supplier management system improvement progress, including procedure optimization, supplier management program design, etc.

Support Global & Regional team to implement the cost structure management system for key materials to get the material supply with best competitive cost.

Cooperate with Global & Regional team & P&T to achieve the yearly new material development plan and cost re-engineering projects.

Tracking procurement process until successfully delivery, cooperating with internal departments for contracts, acceptance check, supply quality and invoice issues.

 Lead to support and develop relevant (packaging, POSM,OEM) business and supplier based on company new business needs. 

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

A) Education, Qualifications and Training:

 Bachelor’s degree or Above.

B)   Experience required (e.g. Past Roles, Level, Years of Experience, Technical, People Management, etc.):

8 years relevant sourcing, supplier development experience in FMCG manufactory Team management experience is preferred

Fluent English in both writing and oral.

C)   Specialised Knowledge or Skills required (e.g. Technical, Cross-functional, etc.):

-Strong communication and influence skill

- Capability to get along well with others

- Willing to challenge existing process and continue improve

- Strong learning ability

- Proficient in office tool: SAP, outlook, excel, PPT etc.

-Team player and strong sense of responsibility
