Demand Planning Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own category demand plan, driving S&OP demand planning process including chair pre-demand review, and demand review meetings. 

Generate 24 months rolling demand forecast including baseline and uplift. 

Coordinating with marketing and sales team to understand uplift and building block for each activity.  Identify gaps between sales bottom and target, develop action plan with cross function team to close gap and highlight risk and opportunities.  

Own S&OE process to address short term demand and supply gaps at national and regional levels.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Strong data mindset and analytics capablity.

Good working experience with ERP system (SAP preferred), and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Demand Planning Software (Arkieva)

Minimum 5 years working experiences in demand planningBachelor or above
