WHAT YOU WILL DO

Be responsible for managing the financial performance of the business, providing actionable insights to close any gaps, accurate financial forecasting and ensuring compliance and controls are applied and embedded at all times.

Core Objective and Impact:

•      Lead Performance Management: Own and drive the end-to-end financial planning processes (Budget, Rolling Forecasts, Monthly Reviews) to ensure goal achievement for P&L. Also will involve Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Cash Flow if needed.

•      Drive Business Growth with Actionable Insights: Convert integrated financial and market data into forward-looking insights that identify opportunities for growth, productivity, and strategic simplification.

•      Optimize Financial Performance and ROI: Proactively identify and track risks, opportunities, and efficiency gaps across cost pools to safeguard profitability and instill a robust return-on-investment mindset.

•      Optimize Systems & Processes: Leverage technology and seek best-in-class practices to continuously improve forecasting accuracy, analytical tools, and process efficiency for the broader organization.

 

Key Responsibilities (Daily/Regular Activities):

•      Planning & Forecasting Cycle Management: Prepare and consolidate financials for the Monthly Business Review (MBR), Rolling Forecast (RRF), and Annual Budget. Develop presentation materials and messaging for leadership.

•      Financial Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth variance analysis (vs. Budget, Forecast, Prior Year), explain key business drivers, and prepare management reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

•      Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to understand performance, challenge assumptions, and provide financial guidance on initiatives and campaigns.

•      Enhance Management Reporting & Accountability: Design and maintain a dynamic management reporting suite (e.g., daily shipment metrics) to enhance visibility and foster accountability across the organization.

•      Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement best-in-class practices and benchmarks to improve forecasting accuracy, shorten lead times, and enhance analytical capabilities.

•      Stakeholder Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate financial results, forecasts, and complex insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels.

•      Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for new business opportunities, strategic projects, or other ad-hoc requests from senior management.

 

 

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Proven expertise in managing full P&L, leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. High level of proficiency in financial modelling required.

·      Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with major ERP/Reporting systems (SAP/Tagetik, etc.) is required. Power BI/Tableau skills are preferred.

·      Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and influence decision-making.

·      Fluent oral English. Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills. Good communication skills for cross team collaboration and drive actions. Be capable of multi-tasking and stay calm under pressure.

·      A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

·      Familiar with SAP system, Tagetik is a plus option

5-8 years​ of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within a multinational corporation (FMCG/Consumer Goods experience is highly advantageous).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a strong plus.

Proficient with Written and Spoken English.
