The role of HR Manager-Learning & Development, aims to fully leverage internal & external resources to empower & equip the organization & people with right capability and skill to achieve business success for today, also secure business sustainability for tomorrow. This role will mainly contribute PVM in below three aspects: 1. Organization Development & Optimization Initiate the activity to bring outside in, to equip HR BP with right Organization Development & Optimization capability & skill, partnering with HR BP co-drive the Organization Excellence. 2. Leadership & Talent Development Initiate & lead the talent topics activities, make sure the organization have the right talent strategy & effective talent development mechanisms deployed to support company achieve mid to long term business strategy. 3. Capability Building Lead the design and delivery of high-impact and sustainable capability building activities & programs to support organization to achieve capability strategy.
What you will do
Mainly take the Functional Expertise role in Organization Development & Optimization, working
closely with HR Business Partner be responsible for driving Organization excellence:
· Keep close understanding with external market trend in Organization development, aims to
bring outside advanced OD concept and ideas for internal integration, empower and equip
HR BP with suitable capability and skills in OD topics
· Design OD leading principle, mechanisms & methodology by strictly insist “Structure follow
Strategy” rules, initiate the workshop make sure key leaders and HR BP has the same
understanding and can use the same language in OD topics
· Partner with HR BP, working closely with business managers to consult on team
effectiveness challenges and facilitate workshop and conversation as needed RESULTS Organization Effectiveness(Overheads efficiency, Productivity)
Take the full responsibility for leadership & Talent development topics, make sure the
organization has the right talent strategy & effective talent development management
mechanisms deployed to support company achieve mid to long term business strategy
· Working closely with HR BP, propose and execution excellent of China talent strategy, break
down on actions to continuously build up talent pipelines at different layers.
· Lead & initiate Talent Review Process, make sure HR BP & Business Manager has the right
understanding for TRP Guideline. Actively sit-in departmental TRP calibration meeting.
(Support) Facilitate Company Level TRP Calibration meeting. Support HR Director bridge the
TRP discussion between China and BUAP.
· Set up effective & regular follow up mechanism with HR BP and Business Manager on key
talent/position development & bench building for retaining & empowering key talents in the
organization, smartly challenge to enhance departmental focus on talent development.
· Lead the design, creation and delivery of Local Key Talent Development program, e.g.
Leadership Essential (LE) Program, Management Trainee Program. Meanwhile lead the
review & tracking for participants’ career development and attrition lose to secure company’s
investment.
