Senior HR Manager - Learning & Talent Development

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a functional expert in L&T Development, this role oversees leadership and talent development, capability building for key functions, and the operation of the company’s general learning system; it drives organizational excellence, implements talent strategies, establishes capability building systems, and ensures efficient learning management to fully support the achievement of the company’s medium-to-long-term business strategies.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

1.Mainly take the Functional Expertise role in Organization Development & Optimization, working closely with HR Business Partner be responsible for driving Organization excellence.
2. Take the full responsibility for leadership & Talent development topics, make sure the organization has the right talent strategy & effective talent development management mechanisms deployed to support company achieve mid to long term business strategy.
3. Take the full responsibility for Capability Building with the scope of Commercial Function (mainly focus on Sales, also for EC/MKT and TM), Enabling Function and Operation, giving guiding principles, leading the design and delivery of high-impact and sustainable capability building activities & programs to support organization to achieve capability strategy

4. Well address of company general learning topics, be responsible for yearly learning calendar’s activity planning and implementation, make sure the smoothly running of current management system.
