Role Overview: 

As a Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the Danish leadership team, directly reporting to the Director Commercial Finance BU Europe. You will lead a small team, comprised of a Commercial Finance BP, while leveraging the support of the regional Shared Services Center (SSC) for transactional finance tasks. Additionally, you are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the statutory books of the entity, in compliance with Group standards and local requirements.

Hands-On Approach:

• Active Involvement: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Key Accounts, and P&D teams to develop and evaluate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and measure customer profitability. 

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the country’s commercial operations. Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, variance analyses, and monthly performance reports. 

• Cost and Cash Management: Lead DSO improvement initiatives, track cash collections, and ensure proper tracking and reporting of costs related to commercial activities. Drive behavior towards cost consciousness and ROI mindset, through permanen interactions with the central Finance team on innovations and margin mix management.  

• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including financial reporting, tax obligations, and audit processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local financial regulations and ensure adherence to corporate policies and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in finance management, preferably in a commercial setting. 

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixial environment. 

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. 

• Proficiency in financial compliance and statutory requirements. 

• Language skills: business professional (C1/B2) in Danish and English.
