WHAT YOU WILL DO

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the company’s product portfolio maintain a competitive position in trade.

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives, short and long term. Identify new market opportunities – channels and categories and trends in the FMCG sector to maximize sales growth.
  2. Revenue & Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in line with the company's overall growth objectives. Monitor and analyse sales performance and profitability, ensuring corrective actions when necessary.
  3. Distributor & Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and retailers ( Key Accounts ).
  4. Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges and thus overdrive market share targets.
  5. Budgeting & Financial Oversight: End to End P&l Management to deliver and improve on yearly budget commitments.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the Trade marketing, marketing, supply chain, Finance teams to ensure product availability, Excellent trade fundamentals, promotional activities and optimal pricing.
  7. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
