WHAT YOU WILL DO

Drive sustainable growth across assigned countries by leading distributor strategy, strengthening route-to-market execution, and delivering superior commercial and operational performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Strategy and Growth Planning: Set, execute and monitor growth plans to expand sales, distribution and market share, ensuring the performance goals are achieved.
  2. Distributor Management: Lead, collaborate with and motivate distributor teams, whilst holding them accountable to deliver targets and build capabilities.
  3. Commercial Execution and Route-to-market: Optimise route-to-market and drive best-in-class in-store execution.
  4. Financial and Performance Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and trade spend to maximise profitability and ROI.
  5. Cross-functional and Stakeholder Leadership: Align internal teams and partners to ensure robust planning, seamless execution, solid results, and the identification of new growth opportunities.
  6. Market Intelligence and Insights: Leverage market data and insights to identify new growth opportunities

Success Measures / KPIs

  1. GSV Growth %
  2. Gross Margin % of NSV
  3. GSV/Kg
  4. NPD% of Total NSV
  5. On-shelf availability [MSL] and in-store execution compliance[PICOS-Picture of Success]
  6. Route-to-market development
  7. New market/channel development
  8. Country-specific KPI’s

Qualification & Requirements

  • Experience:      6+ years in FMCG.
  • Education:         Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Languages:       Fluent English and Arabic.
  • Requirements: Strong team leadership/management, route-to-market and in-market expertise, ability to grow market share, expand channels and drive strategic relationships. P&L ownership, budget and trade spend management, forecasting and ability to deliver profitable growth.
