FP&A Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a detail-oriented Russian speaking FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights, planning, and analysis to drive business decisions and optimize financial performance.

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Identify key financial metrics and benchmarks relevant to the FMCG industry.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and present management reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and profitability assessments.
• Highlight risks and opportunities to support decision-making processes.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Russian Language is obligatory.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of FMCG financial drivers, including product costing, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using advanced Excel techniques.
• Experience in Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX is a must.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
