WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Commercial Finance & Portfolio Growth Manager for BU is responsible for driving the Commercial Finance & Portfolio Growth agenda across the Operating Companies (7/8 Manufacturing OCs and 3 Export Markets OCs). From a commercial finance perspective, the role provides insights on competitive analysis and category value pools, drives the long-term financial range plan and reviews key commercial decisions from a finance perspective. In addition, this role also drives profitable and sustainable portfolio growth coordinating the NPD process across the BU and ensuring a comprehensive stage-gate process and visibility to the innovation funnel in close collaboration with OCs, Group Marketing and P&D/P&T.

The Commercial Finance & Portfolio Growth Manager must bring Commercial, FP&A, Supply Chain and financial skills and experience to ensure an integrated and cross-functional approach. The individual will work closely with senior representatives across the OCs/BUs/Group to communicate effectively.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  1. Education, Qualifications and Training
    1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
  2. Experience required
    1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferable in a regional or global role
    2. Experience of working in professional and multinational company, preferably in FMCG.
    3. Experience on product innovation from ideation to launch in FMCG environment
  3. Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
    1. Strong inter-personal skills, presence, and influence in a networked organization
    2. Able to engage senior stakeholders: Managing Director, Finance Director, SC/ Operations Director, Country Managers, BU and Group Leadership Teams.
    3. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present actionable insights.
