WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Achievement of Budgeted/Planned Sales targets
2. Develop Annual budget planning, and country roadmaps
3. Manage and execute quarterly assortment reviews with e-retailers
4. Ensure monthly rolling forecast with country manager and distributor
5. Continuous performance analysis and measurement of campaign ROIs
6. Create and achieve customer business plans with joint planning KPIs and targets ensuring win-win for all stakeholders
7. Plan and execute campaign calendar with customers, owning key demand occasions and support for NPDs
8. Manage SKU availability and service level across customers targeting >85%
9. Unlock untapped accounts across UAE/KWT
10. Ensure market share growth in key categories of jellies, gum and chewies
11. Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunities for growth
