Regional Education & Training Manager

OVERVIEW

We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Regional Education & Training Manager to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Regional Manager of Education and Training (E&T) Pillar is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the Supply Chain education and training programs. This role ensures the development of SME and all SC employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the company's overall success. Owning the Skill matrixes and driving the plan to close the gap vs target skill is fundamental. The Regional Manager of E&T Pillar will manage the training calendar, oversee training content, and support the continuous improvement of training processes while aggressively driving capability building as required for the other TPM pillars. Key responsibilities include:
•    Develop and implement a comprehensive education and training strategy aligned with SC goals and TPM pillars capability building objectives.
•    Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and comply with industry TPM standards.
•    Work closely with department heads, Site Leaders, TPM pillar owners, IT, and members of the SC senior leadership team to identify training needs and develop tailored training and capability building solutions.
•    Approve training content and ensure it is relevant, up-to-date, and engaging for employees.
•    Manage the training calendar and ensure timely delivery of training sessions. Drive the compliance to the TPM master plan regarding capability and skills building.
•    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
•    Lead and mentor the Education & Training team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. The E&T leaders of the operations reports to this role.
•    Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
•    Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
•    Minimum of 10 years of experience in education and training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•    Proficient in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
•    Relevant certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
•    Fluent in Spanish preferred.

•    Ability to develop and implement long-term training strategies that align with business objectives.
•    Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
•    Ability to adapt to changing business needs and continuously improve training programs.
•    Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
