We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Regional IT Domain Lead, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to join our growing team.

 

The Regional IT Domain Lead for Manufacturing and Supply Chain serves as the strategic technology partner to regional operations leaders, ensuring that IT solutions directly enable production efficiency, supply chain resilience, quality performance, and operational excellence. This role owns the technology roadmap for these operational domains within the region and ensures alignment with global architecture, enterprise platforms, and long-term operational strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Contributes to OC strategy and business capability planning for Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams. Defines and maintains the regional IT strategic plan and domain roadmap, ensuring alignment with production, logistics, quality, and operational priorities.
  • Establishes strong partnerships with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders, serving as a strategic IT advisor on technology choices that enhance throughput, reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensures domain architectures and solutions are delivered reliably, securely, and cost-effectively, in compliance with global standards and enterprise architecture.
  • Drives agile delivery across MES, ERP/Supply Chain modules, plant-floor systems, automation, and data/analytics platforms to meet evolving operational requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Partners with functional leaders and OC management to define and execute the regional technology transformation agenda across manufacturing processes and end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies, digital capabilities, and operational risks—particularly in IoT/IIoT, predictive analytics, automation, planning systems, and quality platforms—to support operational excellence and resilience.
  • Develops and manages operating and capital budgets for regional IT investments in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable value delivery.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field required.
  • 10–15 years of progressive IT experience supporting operational domains, with a strong background enabling Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or industrial technologies.
  • 5–10 years of direct people leadership, with proven ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand, capacity, and portfolio management, including prioritization of manufacturing, logistics, and operational technology investments and effective resolution of cross-functional conflicts.
  • Extensive experience managing vendor and partner ecosystems, including contract strategy, negotiation, SLA oversight, and performance management to maximize value and reduce operational and cybersecurity risk.
  • Strong command of emerging technologies and architecture patterns across MES, ERP/Supply Chain modules, IoT/IIoT, automation, and analytics platforms, with the ability to advise and influence operational leaders and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven track record governing large-scale IT delivery, ensuring successful execution of regional manufacturing and supply chain transformation programs in alignment with global platforms and architecture standards.
  • Inspirational leadership with the ability to drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across technical and operational teams.
    Relevant certifications strongly preferred, such as ITIL, PMP/Prince2, BRMP/CBRM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent credentials in operations technology leadership and governance.
