We’re currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Warehouse Lead to join our growing team.   

Starting Pay: $ 24.00

Hours: 6:00pm-6:30am

12 Hour Continental – Rotating schedule for entire year - Work Half the Year!
                     Sun    Mon    Tues    Wed    Thurs    Fri      Sat 
Week 1        OFF    ON      ON      OFF    OFF      ON     ON
Week 2        ON      OFF    OFF    ON      ON        OFF   OFF

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Warehouse Lead monitors flow and communicates with production personnel to identify possible problems or changes coming.  Provides coverage for vacations on 2nd and 3rd shift as well as providing adequate time for shift personnel to take breaks.  Responsible for various inventory reports to maintain inventory accuracy.  Monitors forklift operators and equipment to ensure the safety of warehouse personnel as well as people they work around in production. Additional responsibilities include:

• Conduct and manage inventory reporting. 
• Conduct SAP transactions 
• Communicate with production staff and warehouse supervisors. 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Forlift experience REQUIRED
• Previous manufacturing/warehouse/distribution experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)- Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Uniform, Hairnet, Beard net, and Mask when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. 
• Ability to occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull 350-pound carts with wheels.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities preferred.
• SAP experience is REQUIRED. 
• Must possess excellent communication and problem solving skills. 
• Effectively troubleshoot problems when problems in inventory are encountered.
• Required to lead or participate on process/system improvement teams.
