WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for selecting and facilitating the purchase of Direct Materials in PVM Nigeria and ensures company  meets its production objectives.

*Identifying and reviewing prospective suppliers based on quality and reliability.

ŸEngage and negotiate directly with suppliers to negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule and contract details.

ŸDrafting and managing suppliers’ contract and ensure contracts always remain valid.

ŸEstablishing and ensuring quality standards from suppliers.

ŸDrafting and managing suppliers’ contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

ŸMaintain ethical relationship with suppliers.

Ÿ Identifying cost-saving opportunities through volume discounts, effective negotiation and exploring alternate sourcing.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

sHolds BSc or HND in Engineering, Numeric related study or social science.

sCertification in SCM, Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.

sProven work experience of between 5 – 8 years within Food & Beverage Industry.

sExcellent negotiation skills.

sExcellent verbal and written communication skills

sStrong prioritization skill.

sAbility to analyze business performance with meaningful results.
