Mechanical Technician

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Performs and documents preventive maintenance.

• Ensure machine availability/upkeep of the equipment.

•  Maintenance of packing machines.

• Maintenance of process equipment conveyors, blowers and gear boxes

•  Maintenance of utility equipment.

• Participates in problem-solving and plant performance improvement activities.

• Set-Up, Start-Up, Adjust and Operation of Equipment.

Ÿ Proper Shutdown and Changeover as required by company standards and to

   minimize downtime.

• Perform all mandatory quality testing/checks and complete all related documentation.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical concerns of the equipment.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Holder of Minimum Ordinary National Diploma (“OND”) in Mechanical Engineering.

Ÿ 3 – 5 Years experience within the confectionery industry.

Ÿ Level 2 Safety Awareness knowledge.

Ÿ Excellent Trouble-shooting skills.

Ÿ Ownership mind-set.

Ÿ Passionate to support equipment reliability KPIs.
