Production Supervisor

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure the production is carried out as per SOP.
• Monitor and report any unsafe condition/unsafe act immediately and take steps to resolve the same.
• Responsible for end to end production of Extruded Jelly/Similar High technology line
• Maintain good house-keeping always.
• Monitor process parameters, ensure adherence to process parameters and train the operatives
• Generation of necessary reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Report and escalate breakdown issues to Maintenance and follow up for timely resolution to ensure minimum loss of production.
• Collate and provide inputs on production issues/manufacturing feasibility for the line.                                                                                                                                                 

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Holds a Batchelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in Engineering related field.
• 5 – 8 years relevant experience.

• A Professional Certification in Health, Safety & Environment is desirable.

• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills required.
