Warehouse & Distribution Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

s Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policy and relevant regulations.

s Overseeing warehouse layout settings to ensure space optimization

s Coordinate and enforce effective operational procedures to ensure warehouse processes are running smoothly and eliminate disruption to production schedule.

s Develop and implement strategies to optimize storage and distribution operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

s Evaluate warehouses facilities, racks and material handling equipment and schedule necessary maintenance or replacement actions.

s Implement and drive strategies that optimizes our logistics value chain in partnership with logistics Service Providers. Coordinate with vendors, and transportation companies to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.

s Liaise with Haulage service providers and ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreement.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

sHolds HND/BSc in Business or Numerical-related field.

sMaster’s degree in supply chain management will be an added advantage.

s8 – 10 Years relevant work experience.

s Minimum 3 Years at Supervisory level

s Proactive and result oriented

s Excellent analytical skills

s Expert knowledge in stock control methodologies

s Good knowledge of route optimization, carrier negotiation and timely inbound/outbound dispatch.

s Excellent knowledge of data analytics to drive operational efficiency.

s Proficiency with enterprise software (e.g., SAP).
