Main Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a new colleague in our Gorizia plant who will join the company as Production Supervisor. The scope of the role is to coordinate production activities at floor level by optimizing available resources in terms of people and materials.  

What you will do

  • Responsible for orders adherence with production plans;
  • Co-Responsible for continuous monitoring of the overall Factory OEE, reliability levels and scrap levels;
  • In coordination with the Production Manager, is responsible for implementing a training program to increase the number of multi-functional operators, SOP re-instate adherence and initiate autonomous maintenance pilot projects;
  • Continuous Monitoring of level of compliance with modern food safety standards;
  • Co-responsible with Production Manager and Health&Safety department of keeping safe environmental and best standard working conditions of Operations at all Factory levels;
  • Manage production plan with proper optimization of working shifts cycles both for FTE and materials allocation;
  • Coordinate collection of data at the production floor at various level, as well as coordinate the systematic analysis of the same. 
 
 
 

Our Perfect Candidate

  • High school certificate or above;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Production, Maintenance or Engineering Department;
  • Basic knowledge of spoken and written English;   
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
