1. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Assist HRBP Manager to drive the deployment of HR professionalism in function including talent management and performance management, compliance, engagement activities, culture building….

2. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Support in implementing organization changes including change management, capability development, productivity enhancement and culture shift.
  • Support to deploy HR professionalism including performance management process for function.
  • Together with Talent Acquisition, support in the process to attract, select the best fit talent and also retain those new talents in SC, ensure that vacancies are filled on time.
  • Control the recruitment HC budget, and maintain the updated job descriptions of all positions in the function.
  • Support HRBP Manager in partnering with Center of Excellence (COE) to provide the good employee’s experience.
  • Work closely with business leaders and management in SC to identify plant
    training needs (Soft Skill) and training interventions in alignment with workforce planning for business growth and follow up the training effectiveness.
  • Work with Leadership Teams and Trade Union in executing culture building activities, values promoting with the key objective to increase employee engagement at the plant.
  • HR reports & audit reports as required.

3. KNOW-HOW, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS POSITION:

Bachelor’s degree, HR Certification.

Proficient in the operation of Microsoft  Office and access database SPC, Minitab, Power BI, etc. Auto design.

Good spoken and written in English.
