HRBP Executive - Sales

ABOUT THE JOB

As an HR Intern, you will be an active driver of employee engagement, operations and communication for Sales function, including:

• Employee Engagement: Support the ideation and execution of internal events initiatives to build a vibrant workplace culture.
• Communications & Content Creation: Design visual communications and internal announcements to keep employees connected and informed.
• HR operations: Support HRBP on the HR operations activities from onboarding to offboarding to ensure the best employee experience.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR or related fields
• Good command of English (both written & spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva/AI tools is a plus
