PPE Specialist

Perfetti Van Melle, one of the largest multinational companies in the confectionary market, owner of leading local and global brands like Vivident, Mentos, Chupa Chups or Big Babol would like to employ PPE/TPM/Lean Engineer.

Responsibilities;

• Support kaizen teams formed for this purpose as an instructor and consultant,
• Provide methodological support to the Pillar and Studies in PPE/TPM Studies. Ensuring the exchange of information in contact with Perfetti Van Melle organisations in case of need,
• Management of Kaizen and Suggestion Internal Software system. (Daily kaizen/suggestion review, selection of kaizens of the month and award ceremony, kaizen reporting),
• Document or procedure creation and revision in the quality management system,
• Ensuring the development of the 5S system in line with continuous improvement, conducting audits and evaluating the results.

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Food Engineering,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position,
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Good Planning and organizational skills,
• Good systematic and analytical thinking skills to collect, analyse and interpret data,
• Strong communication skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
