WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare the data for strategic brand planning:

- Analyze market, consumer insight, brand performance, and competitive review.
- Draw insightful business acumen and formulate strategic key business points for planning & execution to drive business numbers.
- Align with trade marketing and sales to ensure excellent and flawless execution:

- Plan, monitor and review program execution with Trade Marketing and Sales through alignments & market-consumer visit
- Evaluate KPI performance to provide recommended solutions to improve the succeeding activities
- Lead strategic planning with advertising and media agency to develop advertising communication and media plans:

- Spearhead communication planning, oversee stakeholder (Group Media) feedback, and evaluate media plans and flawless creative execution of TVC / digital materials;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal execution of communication strategies.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for new product development and consumer promotion:

- Regularly lead cross-functional meetings and managing key stakeholders for upcoming product launches
- Strategize & lead the execution of the ideal go-to-market strategy leveraging both consumer insights and innovation planning
- Support demand forecast and Organizational & Business Transformation Projects:

- Support Transformation Projects, which include aligning with strategic business leaders, ensuring successful implementation, and providing comprehensive progress reporting
- Support demand forecast planning & monitor optimum execution with Demand Planning and Trade Marketing using Marketing Calendar + Sales and Stock update
- Manage activity and promotion spending:

- Effectively manage activities spending, proposing budget optimizations based on business calculations (ROI) and insights gleaned from past experiences.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand Management
- Strong Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Financial Acumen, and Market Awareness
