WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Reporting & Analytics:
  • Analyze and monitor OSA (On Shelf Availability) performance.
  • Review and evaluate SOS (Share of Shelf) compliance across accounts.
  • Provide insights on competitor promotion and pricing activities.
  • Track and analyze frontliner cost performance against budget.

2. Team Enablement:
  • Monitor frontliner attendance (mandays) and call productivity.
  • Identify execution gaps (OSA, SOS, Promo Compliance) and provide actionable feedback.
  • Support field team with clear and practical action plans to improve execution quality.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing to improve in-store execution.
  • Support effective communication between Head Office and field teams.

4. Leadership:
  • Ensure data reliability and influence decision-making.
  • Lead agency collaboration by applying strategic thinking to optimize performance and create mutual value.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring proper planning, and implementation that drive business value.

5. Outlet Management:
  • Ensure alignment of PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) execution at national level.
  • Tracking MSL & Visibility execution in both channel Modern Trade and General Trade.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Strong Understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and field execution processes.
  • Experience working with Frontliner Teams (Merchandiser and SPG).
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
