WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Key Account Executive (e-Commerce) plays a critical role in driving the growth and performance of our brands across major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners to execute commercial strategies, optimize marketplace performance, manage promotional activities, and ensure successful product launches. You will be responsible for turning business plans into effective marketplace execution while identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and enhance the consumer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Promotion Management:
- Plan and execute the e-commerce promotional calendar based on trade marketing guidelines and inventory levels.
- Manage promotional mechanics, cost-sharing proposals, and end-to-end commercial approvals with enablers and platform accounts.
- Coordinate thematic design banners, live streaming execution, and affiliate marketing initiatives to maximize store traffic and conversion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels (DSI), and store health metrics across multiple marketplaces.
- Maintain regular B2B closing data and sales commitment tracking to ensure alignment with commercial targets.
- New Product Development (NPD) & Commercial Launch:
- Coordinate the operational rollout of new product launches, including stock allocation, SKU mapping, and platform pricing calculations.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to secure selling stories, product samples, and platform listing support.
- Budgeting & Financial Control:
- Allocate and manage trade spend and marketing tool budgets across marketplaces to optimize ROI and hit target P&L.
- Track and update actual commercial claims and marketing spend utilization.
- Administrative & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Handle contract renewals, addendums, and operational agreements with internal and external partners.
- Sync with Social Media teams on content planning, traffic reviews, and conversion metrics (specifically for TikTok Shop/social commerce channels).
- Align with operations, supply chain, and logistics partners to manage inventory and shelf-life adjustments.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing e-commerce official stores (B2B/B2C) on platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.
- Proficient level of English
- Strong familiarity with marketplace seller centers, promotional tools, and e-commerce enabler operations.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for tracking sales, stock, and budget data.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
