WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Sales Process & Strategy Support
    • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support sales forecasting, territory planning, and target setting.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend corrective actions to meet goals.
  1. Sales Tools & System Management
    • Manage SFA/DMS platforms and ensure proper adoption by the sales team.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies that improve sales productivity.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all sales systems.
  1. Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and productivity metrics.
    • Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and business planning.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Finance for pricing, incentive schemes, and revenue tracking.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
    • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  1. Team Enablement
    • Support sales managers with performance dashboards and operational guidance.
    • Train sales teams on systems, reporting tools, and compliance standards.
    • Develop incentives structures and performance measurement framework

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Expert in Fundamental Salesmanship, Sales Force Management, Territory Management, Distributor Management, Sales Plan and Execution, and Sales Channel Strategic
  • Expert in Communication and Negotiation as well as Decision Making and Problem Solving – Innovation.
