WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Promotional Activities Management
    • Tracking pre- and post-promotions and impact to the business.
    • Tracking the Channels and Category Trend and growth.
    • Define and Tracking clear classifications outlet based on PVMI way.
  1. Outlet Management
    • Ensure all registered outlets meet channel and category targets.
    • Tracking RO (Register Outlet), AO (Active Outlet), Drop Size, SKUs sold and MSL (Must Sell List) / MHS (Must Have List)
  1. Area Sales Managers Guidance
    • Define clear assigned to Area Sales Manager in channel & category target & achievement
    • Define clear focus channel and category in each respective area defined to reach the target
  1. Development Proposal Creation
    • Develop bottom-up proposals for channel and category development and improvement requirements in designated areas.
    • Set target projects and develop quarterly proposals.
  1. Business Growth Analysis
    • Identify and analyze business growth opportunities in channels and categories, including acceleration potentials.
    • Track and monitor regular growth trends in channels and categories.
  1. Sales Team Management and Performance Evaluation
    • Define KPIs for the sales team and distributor network aligned with company objectives.
    • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure overall team success.
    • Provide constructive feedback to team members and distributors to drive improvement and goal achievement.
    • Regularly report sales data, including primary, secondary, channels, categories, and top customers.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of each area and distributor within the respective Area Sales Manager’s area.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Expert in Fundamental Salesmanship, Sales Force Management, Territory Management, Distributor Management, Sales Plan and Execution, and Sales Channel Strategic
  • Expert in Communication and Negotiation as well as Decision Making and Problem Solving – Innovation.
