WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Compliance control to internal and external standards
• Excellent execution initiatives to drive Total Cost Ownership savings 
• Handles spot & long-term buying in its category, routine commercial matters & supports day-to-day issue resolution with Suppliers
• Manage and monitors Supplier performance against agreed contract terms and conduct the development program if needed
• To ensure the master data management (Vendor Master, Material Master, Info Record, etc) proper executed, implemented and updated
• Active and engage to contribute the Sourcing with Global Procurement (i.e to share the contract coverage and Rest of Year qty needed)

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Minimal bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.
• Minimal 5 years’ experience in a related position experience in FMCG of Food Industry & Pharma Company.
• Follow through with the procedure, hard-working, and result oriented.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• Active in English written and speaking.
• Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills and Project Management.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate demand forecasts, inventory plans, and supply chain strategies to internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
