WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Employee and Manager Support:
    • Provide guidance and support on employee-related matters and HR policies.
    • Facilitate the resolution of people issues and support day-to-day HR needs.
    • Ensure excellent HR service delivery to internal stakeholders.
    • Conduct employee coaching and counseling when required.
  2. HR Process Implementation:
    • Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes within the assigned functions.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and recommend improvements when necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and established HR procedures.
  3. Workforce Planning & Labor Supply:
    • Support workforce fulfillment based on operational and business requirements.
    • Coordinate recruitment and manpower sourcing activities to ensure adequate labor availability.
    • Support relationships with external labor sources and local communities when required.
    • Ensure manpower availability aligns with business and production needs.
  4. Organization Management:
    • Maintain and update organization structures and manpower data.
    • Coordinate with business leaders regarding organization structure changes.
    • Ensure manpower requirements are aligned with approved headcount budgets.
  5. HR Project Management:
    • Support and coordinate local and regional HR projects.
    • Ensure HR initiatives are implemented effectively and achieve expected outcomes.
    • Monitor project progress and provide necessary follow-up actions.
  6. Industrial Relations & External Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, local communities, and government authorities.
    • Support the management of employee relations and industrial relations matters.
    • Assist in minimizing workplace disputes and resolving employee concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and government regulations.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of business management principles and manpower regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with human behavior, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and employee relations practices.
  • Good negotiation and facilitation skills
