RDC Distribution & Export Planning

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Internal Coordination:
   • Generate warehouse transfer orders (STO) for RDC and export distribution.
   • Monitor warehouse SKU availability and target fulfillment based on demand planning.
   • Ensure timely shipment of new product developments (NPD) in coordination with Customer Service and Distribution Planning.
   • Create loading plans in Excel to streamline manual processes.
   • Monitor STO progress and input confirmed ETD from Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) into the system (SAP).
2. New Product Development (NPD) Project Execution:
   
   • Receive orders, confirm production readiness, plan shipment schedules according to customer requests and communicate with customers.
   • Coordinate with the global team for export orders, confirmation, issues, and inventory management.
   • Determine container allocation based on weight/volume.
3. Process Improvement:
   
   • Create loading plans in Excel to streamline manual processes.
4. Administration Improvements and Supports:

5. Compliances:
   
   • Manage, monitor, and report on Delivery.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant function.
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Project Management principles, including the stages and procedures of the Product Development process.
• Good understanding of Packaging Development processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
