WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities
1. Export New Product Development (NPD) Management
-
Act as the First Point of Contact (FPOC) within PT PVMI for export-related product queries concerning products manufactured at PVM Indonesia.

Manage Export SKU NPD, product adaptations, and product or packaging changes through relevant tools, forms, and procedures.

Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for each Export NPD project in accordance with the Project Management Procedure.

Drive and monitor project execution to ensure timely and OTIF implementation.

Lead monthly Stage Gate and NPD meetings to update the PVM Indonesia Management Team.
-
Lead monthly NPD update meetings with customers, including FE, Philippines, NEA, and MEA.
-
Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to customers and internal stakeholders.

Liaise with customers and stakeholders to develop improved packaging configurations, including modular sizes, content changes, shared materials, and other packaging improvements.

Monitor inventory for product discontinuation or mutation cases to minimize scrapping costs and determine the optimal cut-off timing, including customer approval for cross-charging where required.

Lead, develop, and manage the Project Management Supervisor through effective delegation, coaching, and performance management.
2. Home Trade and Imported NPD Management

Act as the FPOC within PT PVMI for Home Trade (HT) product-related queries involving locally manufactured and imported Finished Goods (FG).

Manage and coordinate HT NPD projects, including product adaptations and changes, in accordance with applicable Project Management Procedures.

Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure smooth execution and timely product launches.

Drive and monitor project milestones and timelines to ensure launch deadlines are achieved.

Lead monthly NPD update meetings with the Local Management Team (LMT) and ensure appropriate follow-up communication.

Lead monthly Stage Gate and NPD meetings to update the PVM Indonesia Management Team.

Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to the LMT and relevant internal stakeholders.

Liaise with stakeholders to develop new or improved packaging configurations.
-
Lead, develop, and manage the Project Management Specialist through effective delegation, coaching, and performance management.
3. Business Cases and Improvement Projects

Develop, propose, and finalize business cases in coordination with M&E, P&T, Finance, P&D, and LMTs, particularly for investments, NPD, and capacity upgrades.

Lead and/or participate in improvement projects related to NPD, product development, imports, and other assigned business initiatives.

Provide recommendations and subject matter expertise for activities directly or indirectly related to NPD and product initiatives.
-
Participate in NPD workshops involving Vietnam, China, and Indonesia under FE RNPD coordination.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Holds a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
-
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related roles.

Project Management certification will be an advantage.

Demonstrates strong expertise in Project Management and English communication, both written and verbal.

Has a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP.

Possesses solid knowledge of Production Planning and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrates strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
