Supply Chain Project Officer

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Project Monitoring Systems:

• Maintain / Key User for Product Application Form (PAF) / Product Mutation Form (PMF) systems for monitoring / improvement activities.
• Documenting Procedures / Process Flow/Workflow as document guide for End-to-End Project Management Process in PVMI,
• Create informative report for project’s update to clients, factory and all related department.

2. New Product Development (NPD) Project Execution:

• Administer the request from Export customers for Project Category 1 to 8, via Product Feasibility Check Workflow (PFC), Product Application Form (PAF), Product Mutation Form (PMF) and Product Deletion Form (PDF).
• Assist Project Manager in all Import Project maintaining updates / timeline for all brands imported for Home Trade (HT) markets.
• Follow up detailed planning network / timeline for each NPD project to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) of Project Management.
• Lead the bi-weekly pre-NPD project meeting, with attendees from related functions (e.g., RDQ, M&E and Project Management) and distribute minutes of meeting.            
• Aligning with related departments in the factory, to manage / lead the new modification, new packaging configuration or other development in packaging format                        
• Review, check and ensure all procedures of new / modification of  packaging development project are done and met, before moving to next steps.

3. Sample Handling:

• Arrange product samples for HT / Export Customer, up until informing Air Way Bill (AWB) / shipment way bill for the specific products.
• Collect 1st production sample for new product/project launches and keep in sample room.

4. Others:

• Lead improvement projects outside regular NPDs i.e., BPOM changes / address changes / factory improvements / etc. as per assigned tasks.
• Create Potential Write-Off (PWO) assessment report as per responsibility.
• Database management updates (storing / compiling / distributing).

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Minimum Diploma’s degree, majoring Industrial Engineering & Industrial Management.
• Expert in English Communication & Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity in Project Management & steps and procedure for Product Development process.
• Understand steps and procedure for Packaging Development process, SAP Knowledge and Manufacturing Process
