Area Sales Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Compile information about market and doing competitive analysis to process required actions.
• Track sales numbers at all levels and track the lapses in ongoing dynamics.
• Increase the numeric distribution of certain brands by strategizing new avenues.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Should possess a valid driving license.
• Completion of GCE A/L and a Diploma in marketing/sales would be an advantage.
• Age should be above 30 years.
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication in Sinhala and English (Candidates who are good in Tamil language can be considered for North territory).
• Ability to drive a team of sales representatives in the assigned territory to achieve the set sales targets.
• More than 03 years experience at a similar level in retail sales preferably  in the FMCG industry.
• Familiar with Sales Force Automation (SFA) system and Experience in MS Office  packages.
