WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by analyzing market trends and performance data.
- Manage and expand distribution networks, including identifying new markets and ensuring efficient product availability.
- Oversee distributor selection, performance, and relationships, ensuring smooth operations, stock compliance, and timely financial settlements.
- Lead and manage Sales Representatives (SRs), including recruitment, performance monitoring, training, and retention.
- Monitor sales performance, track gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve overall area performance.
- Analyze market competition and promotional activities to recommend strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Should possess a valid driving license.
- Completion of GCE A/L and a Diploma in marketing/sales would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication in Sinhala / Tamil and English
- More than 03 years experience at a similar level preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Familiar with Sales Force Automation (SFA) system and Experience in MS Office packages.
