WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies, including BTL activities, to drive sales growth and strengthen brand visibility across GT and MT channels.
- Prepare and analyze demand forecasts by evaluating historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to ensure accurate planning and decision-making.
- Support the development of GT sales targets in alignment with business objectives, including planning monthly targets in collaboration with stakeholders and tracking performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute sales incentive schemes, promotional campaigns, and wholesale loyalty programs to enhance distributor and field force performance.
- Ensure effective in-store execution by maintaining product availability, optimizing visibility tools, and supporting ideal store standards across sales channels.
- Monitor trade spend and ensure effective budget management, while coordinating the SNOP process to maintain alignment with production plans.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Professional qualifications such as SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or trade marketing, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiar with Sales Force Automation (SFA) system and Experience in MS Office packages.
