Trainee Executive / Specialist - Regulatory Affairs

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret food and labeling regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Support the business by providing timely updates on regulatory requirements and legislative changes impacting operations.
• Prepare and communicate relevant information on food and labeling legislation and standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support projects and provide regulatory guidance.
• Provide support to RDQ (Research, Development & Quality) on matters related to additives, raw materials, and ingredients.
• Prepare and issue ingredient lists and nutritional information based on formulations provided by RDQ.
• Review product labels to ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Should possess a valid driving license.
• Completion of GCE A/L and a Diploma in marketing/sales would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication in Sinhala / Tamil and English
• More than 03 years experience at a similar level preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Familiar with Sales Force Automation (SFA) system and Experience in MS Office  packages.
