JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CVS chains and independent key accounts.
  • Act as the main contact point between the company and assigned accounts.
  • Handle daily operations including orders, promotions, pricing, and issue resolution.

Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Develop & implement account plans and together with KAM build the strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor and ensure execution of trade promotions and marketing activities at store level.
  • Track and report sales performance versus targets.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sell data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, promotions effectiveness, and customer feedback.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal departments (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to drive in-store execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience managing CVS (e.g., Circle K, FamilyMart, GS25) and/or independent store channels is preferred.

 

 

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in data analysis (Excel, Power BI is a plus).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in coordinating with Trade Marketing teams for in-store visibility is required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Language:

  • English proficiency is an advantage.
