JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CVS chains and independent key accounts.
- Act as the main contact point between the company and assigned accounts.
- Handle daily operations including orders, promotions, pricing, and issue resolution.
Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop & implement account plans and together with KAM build the strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and ensure execution of trade promotions and marketing activities at store level.
- Track and report sales performance versus targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sell data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, promotions effectiveness, and customer feedback.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal departments (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Coordinate with field sales teams to drive in-store execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
- Experience managing CVS (e.g., Circle K, FamilyMart, GS25) and/or independent store channels is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel, Power BI is a plus).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in coordinating with Trade Marketing teams for in-store visibility is required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Language:
- English proficiency is an advantage.
