Serves as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in line with service expectations. Supports end-to-end order fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

  • Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
  • Act as the main contact for customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints.
  • Maintain master data and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor order KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rate) and support root cause analysis for service gaps.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems

The ideal recipe for our new Customer Service Specialist:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • ERP systems (SAP)
  • CRM tools
  • MS Office
  • Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations and service KPIs.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
