Serves as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in line with service expectations. Supports end-to-end order fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your core responsibilities at a glance:
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
- Act as the main contact for customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints.
- Maintain master data and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor order KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rate) and support root cause analysis for service gaps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems

The ideal recipe for our new Customer Service Specialist:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in English
- ERP systems (SAP)
- CRM tools
- MS Office
- Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations and service KPIs.
- Experience in a B2B environment.
