Main Purpose of the Role

Our colleagues in the Customer Service team of the European Plan & Deliver CoE are eager to team up with you to make sure everyone can enjoy our delicious freshmakers and sweets every single day.

Serves as the key point of contact for all PVM in Europe, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment and delivery in line with service expectations. Supports the end-to-end fulfillment process for branch replenishment orders, ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

  • Manage branch and co-manufacturer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
  • Act as the main contact for branches and co-manufactures on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints.
  • Maintain master data and ensure compliance with colleague requirements and internal policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in English
  • ERP systems (SAP)
  • CRM tools
  • MS Office
  • Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations and service KPIs.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
