We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Legal Office Coordinator for our office in Lainate (MI) to support our Legal & IP Department.

What you will do

• Take care of the IP Surveillance service consisting in: extrapolate on a monthly basis from the Service Platform all the surveillance reported on competitors in a given month, download the report in Excel, prepare the communication to be shared with MKTG colleagues.
• Manage the licence agreement consisting in:receive the new signed contracts and related addendums from the Licensing Team,upload the contracts and addendums into our Management Program Poker,keep updated the "license agreements" excel file
• Manage  accounting activities for the Department (invoice registration) and take care of all the communication regarding the Budget
• Privacy: update the Report file  and scheduling interviews;
• Take care of the organization of the business trips of the members of the Department, biennial Group Legal Meeting comprehended;
• Organize meetings and preparing and sharing the meeting agendas with the participants;
• Keep updated the list of the Trainings delivered by the Dept members to other Group Functions and share the training program and activities with HR for their update of their records.
   

Our Perfect Candidate

• 3 years prior experience in large corporates within the legal department as management support Or experience with a law firm as management support;
• Very good English spoken and written;
• Good organizational skill and good capacity of time management;
• Full understanding and use of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Proactiveness;
• Excellent capacity to work in Team.
